Here I am listing the various links I use often for various IT type stuff.

www.ebay.com Ebay is a good source for cheap parts and good deal for the carefull and knowledgeable. I also look at www.newegg.com , www.outpost.com (fry's electronics), and sometimes www.froogle.com as well. These are typical parts sites. I also may go to www.cdw.com as they have stock on hard to find comm/net and server gear. If I need a canned system I would check only www.hp.com although I am not too sure about them since they purchased compaq and had the problems trying to get rid of the last company founder, (what can I say, I like engineeres). This is another example of a link I would use:http://www.amdcompare.com/us-en/desktop/details.aspx?opn=ADO4800IAA5DD (This one is the AMD part # of the processor I currently have on my desk because the Gigabyte motherboard clip gave up the ghost after being moved one too many times).
This is a link to the cert computer security site that should be checked from time to time: http://www.cert.org/homeusers/HomeComputerSecurity/

Learn about exiting new technology to save power, reduce noise, and extend life; (for your PC of course).

I am injured and unable to work. IF I could find a job that would let me work only when my injuries would let me I would be on it. The catch is. No one has or can get a job like that. I am  in bed flat on my back for at least a couple hours a day and sometimes the WHOLE day. Around once a week I have one very bad day. About once a month it's much worse. And around 1 or so times a year it is litterally hell for me.

My latest idea to do what I can for people is based around the technology I am familure with; IT, or Internet Technology. Here I will put the links I have found that may prove useful to my latest great idea; companys, organizations, technology and people working together to provide computer services to the poor and elderly:

This site appears to help people for free which would make it useful for the poor and the ederly, assuming they already have a computer and internet:
