My Name is Jon Caldwell. I used to be a healthy hard-working person in the IT field. Now I have MAJOR health issues and
have trouble even sitting at a desk most days. A good day for me is being out of bed. A bad day is being in bed, either from
pain or getting sick. My immune system is not as good as it used to be.
I was born in PA at sharron hospital. My mother lived with my father in Brookfield, OH.: I lived there till she devorced
my dad. Blah blah. I went to school in warren, OH till I was in 2nd grade? I was then moved to NY with my Mom
and Stepdad Jim Moore. We moved back to Ohio for a bit, where I lived at 272 N. Rd. Ne. in Warren suberbs. I spent
from 5? or so till around 11 years old there. I remember my first big Science Debate was on particals vs. Wave
theory in 6th grade at Morgandale Elementry School. It was in 6th Grade. I upset the other contestant and the project
by declaring that Light had to be composed of either particles that act like waves or waves that act like particles. Since
my opositions theory was wave evidence based and I was "supposed" to be argueing for the particle side the fact that I declared
that all evidence points to both being true was upsetting for my adversary.

At this point in my life I was still very much a yuppie. I was in my middle
30s and working for AT&T since Dec. 5th of 1995. I started in Maitland, FL commuting about 20 min. north from Orlando,
FL where my Wife and I lived. We moved to east Orlando and AT&T moved to Lake Mary FL. I worked in the GNOC and helped
to set it up.There is much, much more to all the stories. Maybe later.

Besides running my own business mostly part time, but at other times full time, I also worked for a decent array
of Fortune 500 corporations.
Here is a list of company names I had, as well as corporations I have worked for:
Caldwell Computing Services in CA as well as FL.
Raytheon missle cga devision in Mnt. View, CA.
ISS Engineering Satalite recievers as well as military and civilian data transmition equipment. Mnt View, CA.
Edge Diagnostic Systems designing and testing what ended up being Sun Electric car analysis systems. A start up from
the guys that formed Daisy. Sun Electric ended up purchasing the company about 1 week after I left.
Amdahl in Santa Clara is the company I went too. I was part of a 7 person team that designed and built the escon
fiber optic channel tester to be used by AMDAHL in manufacturing their competitor to the IBM models that had not been
built yet.The construction of the tester included everything from ripping appart and IBM ESCON DIRECTOR to see how it worked,
to generating high speed system boards that could encode and decode the high speed optical signals and inject everything from
test patterns to channel signals.
Next came a fabulous job working for VLSI semiconductor in the communications division.
